Singapore - Three words, Singapore Chili Crab! I am a seafood lover and a huge fan of sweet and savory and this dish did not disappoint. Also, Singapore is one of the cleanest destinations I have ever been to. 

Fun Fact - Chewing gum is a no no in Singapore and you can get fined for chewing it in public!

Barbados - One of my favorite Caribbean islands. The beaches are beautiful, the people are friendly and the nightlife is on point! 

Fun Fact - It is illegal to wear camouflage in Barbados, so leave that army fatigue shirt at home!

Jamaica - I am a bit partial here. My husband’s family is Jamaican so we have been several times and I always love going back. Not to mention, how could you resist Jamaican food? Oxtails? Yes, please!

Fun Fact - The national fruit of Jamaica is ackee. I have been eating it for years and had no idea!

Switzerland - As one of my old coworkers used to say, it is “God’s Country”. I visited three cities, Zurich, Basel and Lausanne and they all offered a unique charm that kept me intrigued.

Fun Fact - Basel is so close to France and Germany that you can visit two other countries in one day!

Turks and Caicos - If you can’t already tell, I am not only a Caribbean lover, but a beach lover and Turks and Caicos has some of the best beaches I have ever seen. How could you not be mesmerized by those turquoise blue waters?!!

Fun Fact - The population is under 50,000, but Turks and Caicos has over a million visitors a year!
